who is
cemille storm
I'm part of a generation raised to achieve, given career roadmaps and goals to hit, and I chased every one of them.
I'm extremely proud of what I achieved across my 10+ years in corporate, building my career across different functions and roles, moving across borders and cultures more than once, managing teams and consistently delivering, wherever I landed. That said, the more successful I became on paper, the more I lost connection to myself. Looking back, I wish I had been more in tune with myself to build my life in a more sustainable way.
In my early 30s, my body's whispers became screams, and I had no choice but to listen. I felt like I was losing my mind. But it wasn't just in my head, my bloodwork showed hormone levels that were almost postmenopausal. What I was feeling was a chemical reaction influencing my whole operating system: my resilience, my sleep, my energy, my clarity, and, as part of that, my fertility too.
This sent me on a long and hard journey of self-discovery, to better understand and reconnect with myself. I'm not going to lie, it is (still) hard, and it has been a very lonely journey, one filled with grief and frustration.
Nevertheless, it's been a journey that taught me more about myself than I could have ever imagined. And somewhere along the way, I realized that while my story is unique to me, it's not special. There are women across the globe living relatable versions of this same story, struggling in silence, disconnected from their own bodies, not because something is wrong with them, but because we were not taught to listen and understand.
Today I work as a coach, helping ambitious women navigate life's transitions, be it a move, a career choice, or family planning. These are the moments where ambition, career, and even biology collide, and sometimes get in the way of the life we want and deserve.
I'm very passionate about helping like-minded women meet themselves with a little more compassion and a lot less judgement as they navigate the beautiful chaos that is life.
If that resonates, I'd love to work with you.
