These terms apply to all services and digital products purchased through Cemille Storm, operated by Cemille Storm Terwin, registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 42113669, VAT/BTW-ID NL005505025B23.

1. Services offered
Cemille Storm provides 1:1 coaching services and digital guides related to female biology, hormonal health, and life transitions.

2. Not medical advice
Nothing provided through this website, coaching sessions, or digital guides constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

3. Digital products
Digital guides are delivered instantly upon purchase. Given the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued after download.

4. Coaching services

• A complimentary 30-minute discovery call precedes any paid coaching engagement.

• Payment for coaching sessions or packages is required in advance of the first session.

• Package sessions (Momentum and Transformation) are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited.

5. Intellectual property
All content, including guides, website copy, and coaching materials, is the intellectual property of Cemille Storm and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability
Cemille Storm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or digital products.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
