Cemille Storm ("I," "me," "my") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data I collect, why, and how it's handled.

Who I am
Cemille Storm is a sole proprietorship (ZZP) registered in the Netherlands. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach me at hello@cemillestorm.com.

What data I collect

  • Contact form submissions — name, email address, and any message content you submit.

  • Discovery call and coaching bookings — name, email address, and any details you share when scheduling, via Calendly.

  • Payments — if you purchase a guide or coaching session, payment is processed by Stripe/PayPal via Squarespace or Calendly. I do not see or store your full card details; these are handled directly by the payment processor.

  • Website analytics — basic, aggregated site usage data collected automatically via Squarespace (e.g. pages visited, general location, device type), used to understand how the site is used.

Why I collect it

  • To respond to your enquiries

  • To schedule and deliver coaching sessions

  • To process purchases of guides or coaching packages

  • To improve the website and my services

Who I share it with

Your data is shared only with the service providers that make the website and bookings function:

  • Squarespace (website hosting, guide sales, analytics)

  • Calendly (scheduling and coaching payments)

  • Stripe/PayPal (payment processing)

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. Calendly is a US-based company, which means some booking data may be processed outside the EU; Calendly's own data protection terms apply to that transfer.

I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.

How long I keep it

I retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service you've requested, or as required by Dutch tax and business record-keeping law.

Your rights
