CAREER-DRIVEN
WOMEN

sustain the life you’re building

YOU ARE HERE BECAUSE you’re the one who delivers, who shows up, who people count on.
And you’re great at getting things done!

But I’ll bet you’ve quietly been asking yourself the same question I once did:

How long can I keep going?

I believe the answer lies in four pieces that work together:

KNOW YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM
Your biology, the chemistry of your hormones, your cycle and your nervous system.

NOTICE YOUR PATTERNS
Your rhythms, and how you respond under pressure.

CHOOSE HOW YOU ENGAGE
Decide where you allow your energy to go, and who gets it.

TRUST YOURSELF
Connect, slow down and recover without losing momentum.

Know · notice · choose · trust

Knowledge creates understanding, so you can start noticing. Noticing empowers you with choice.
And by having options, you start building trust in yourself.

Some of this you can learn.
Some of it you discover.

I support you with both, and you don’t need to have it all figured out before we start.

CEMILLE STORM

BEHIND THE NAME

I’m part of a generation raised to achieve, and so I did, at work and in my private life. I kept building, one goal, one role, one move on top of the next, until I was moving so fast I no longer knew how to stop and feel what my body and I needed. Then my body’s whispers became screams, and I had no choice but to listen. What I learned about my operating system changed everything: how my hormones, my nervous system and stress all affect each other.

When you keep pushing, the bill eventually comes due, and the interest on what you borrow from yourself is high. I wish the women I looked up to had made this conversation normal, so it would have felt acceptable to prioritise my health alongside my career, not after it.

But better late than never. Now it’s the conversation I want to start with you.

Blurred photo of a person with blonde hair reaching out with their right hand, wearing a white top, dark pants, and striped shoes, in an indoor setting with a dark wall and a white wall.
A woman with wavy hair and light skin sitting on a comfortable chair in an indoor setting, smiling and looking at the camera. She is wearing a white shirt with rolled-up sleeves, a watch, and bracelets. In the background, there are framed pictures on the wall and some plants.

YOUR
BIOLOGY

THE missing
conversation

Two smiling women walking outdoors in a garden or patio area, with tables and chairs, surrounded by trees and building facades.

The guide I wish I’d had. The context to understand your own biology, and the language to meet yourself with more compassion and a little less judgement.
